I didn’t start in marketing. I started in operations.

For years I built and ran systems at scale — including a $300 million division for a major U.S. retailer. I learned what most people learn the hard way: growth doesn’t come from working harder or hiring more people. It comes from building systems that make the right things happen consistently, without you in the middle of every decision.

Then I moved to Microsoft’s Entertainment & Devices division. Prestigious company, great salary, marketing role that looked perfect on paper. But I hit a wall I couldn’t systems-engineer my way around: corporate politics. The moment that broke it was a meeting where my boss gave instructions about my project — not to me, but to someone else on the team. I was the expert in the room and I was invisible.

When the Great Recession hit and Microsoft laid off most of their contractors, I took it as the exit I’d been looking for. I started helping entrepreneurs build businesses that actually work — using everything I’d learned about systems, operations, and marketing across a career most consultants in this space simply don’t have.

For 16 years, I helped coaches, healers, therapists, and course creators grow using traditional content and marketing strategies. We got results. But I kept watching the same pattern: my clients were spending more time managing people than growing their businesses. Hiring expensive teams, dealing with turnover, coordinating instead of creating. The bottleneck was always the same — too many humans in the loop.

Then AI changed everything. And I saw exactly what it was: an operational systems problem I’d been solving my entire career, just with new tools.

Now I build AI-powered business systems — custom agents, content engines, marketing funnels — that give my clients the output of a full team without the overhead, the management headaches, or the payroll. Not by replacing their voice with AI-generated noise, but by training AI on their actual voice, methodology, and expertise first, then letting it multiply their efforts.
