Key Takeaways

A done-for-you AI team that doesn’t need you to run it.

Most business owners have already hired people, bought prompts and even bought AI teams, and every one of those still needed them to run it. A done-for-you AI team is different because the AI employees are already built. You record one video, and they turn it into a blog post, a YouTube description, an email and social posts in your voice, with nothing to set up and nothing to train.

“I’ve hired people. I’ve bought prompts. I’ve even bought AI teams. Why would this be any different?” It’s a fair question to ask about a done-for-you AI team.

Every one of those handed you something you still had to run. The VA needed direction. The prompts needed fixing. The AI team needed building, and then it needed you to keep it going.

So here’s what a done-for-you AI team looks like when you don’t have to run it. Every single week, I record one video, and then I hand it off to my team of AI employees. One of them turns it into a blog post that sounds like me and is written to be found on Google and AI search. I’m going to take you behind the scenes with that one employee, so you can see how an AI team could actually work for you before you build your own or hire someone.

Why Everything You’ve Tried Still Needed You to Run It

Everything you’ve tried so far still needed you because none of it came with the system already in place. You got a tool, a person or a set of prompts, and you became the system.

A done-for-you AI team is a group of AI employees that are already built and already working from your voice and your business, so you record your content and they produce everything else without you setting anything up, training anything or managing anyone.

Look at what usually happens. You hire a VA, and she’s great, but she cannot read your mind, so you spend your time directing and rewriting. You buy prompts, and the output sounds like everyone else, so you spend so long fixing it that you might as well have written it yourself. Then you buy an AI team, and now you’re the one building it, testing it and figuring out why it broke.

None of that is a you problem. It’s a system problem. AI makes a good system faster. It also makes a broken system messier. Handing you more tools without the system underneath means more for you to run.

That’s why I built my content team the way I did. I didn’t want another thing to manage. I wanted to record one video and be done.

What a Done-for-You AI Team Looks Like at Work

Here’s exactly what one of my AI employees does, so you can see there’s nothing for you to run. This one is my AI SEO blog post writer, and it lives inside my content repurposing team.

I add two things. The first is my latest video transcript. The second is my Business Cortex, the document that holds my voice, my business and what I teach. That’s what trains the output to sound like me and to be aligned with my business.

Then it asks me two quick questions before it writes. The first is the keyword. I went with “AI content team,” though you can let it pick the best one. The second is the angle the article should carry. I picked time savings, because people always want to know about that, and you can type in your own idea instead.

Then it went to work, and I didn’t sit there and watch it. I was away doing something else. When I came back, maybe 90 seconds later, it had everything I needed: a meta description, primary keywords, a title, key takeaways, the full article written in first person, a Q&A and a call to action.

When I read it back, it was exactly what I said and how I speak and how I write.

I did change one thing. Earlier, I had given it the wrong call to action, so I told it what I wanted and it fixed that section. Then I copied the finished post into a Google Doc. That’s my whole part. Record the video, answer two questions, read it, make one change.

One Video, Everywhere You Need to Be Seen

Your blog post is one employee. The rest of the team takes that same video everywhere else.

After the blog post, my next step is to go back into the team and have it write my YouTube description, then an email to my list, all from that same transcript. If you have a podcast, there’s a writer for that too. Then social media, which is the one I’m so excited about right now. Each one draws from the same Cortex, asks a couple of questions and comes back with a draft in my voice.

This is where visibility stops being a problem. Most people have plenty to say. They go quiet because every piece of content waits on them. They batch content once, then a busy week hits and it stops. That’s why I use a record-first method instead. When a team carries your video to every platform, you stay visible on the weeks you’re busiest, because you’re not the one running it.

That’s the difference between a tool and a team. A tool gives you one output and waits for you. A team takes one recording and multiplies it into everything else, in your voice, so you have this whole team at your fingertips.

It also changes the question you start every week with. You stop asking “what am I posting today.” You pick your topic, you record, and everything after that is handled.

A Done-for-You AI Team You Don’t Have to Build

You don’t have to go through the hassle of building AI team members. This team is already built.

It lives inside my program, the AI Voice Authority Content Multiplier. It uses the same skills I use myself and in my other programs. Nothing to set up. Nothing to train. Your AI employees are already built, sitting there, waiting. I didn’t have to build this from scratch for my own content, and you won’t either.

Your Business Cortex is the one piece that has to be yours, because it’s what makes everything sound like you. If you work with me, you build your own version, done for you, in about 20 minutes, along with your AI Voice Authority Playbook and a custom profile of your buyer.

So the question from the top has a real answer. This is different because there’s nothing for you to run. You show up, pick your topic and record. Your team does the rest.

What To Do Next

1. Look at what you’re still running. List the people, prompts and tools you’ve paid for in the last year, and mark every one that still needs you to direct it, fix it or keep it going.

2. Count what your last video turned into. If it showed up in one place, that’s the gap a team fills.

3. Get your voice on paper. Write down how you talk, who you serve, what you offer and the words you never use. That’s the start of a Business Cortex.

4. See the whole team work, live. In the video below I show you one employee. At my free Open House on Thursday, November 12, I’ll show you all of them.

Your first step is the list. Once you see how much you’re still running, you’ll know what you want off your plate.

You’ve already tried the options that hand you one more thing to run. A done-for-you AI team is the one that doesn’t. Come to my free Open House on Thursday, November 12. I’ll walk you through every AI employee and my whole process, going from one video to everything repurposed in less time than you’re probably spending on it now, and I’ll open the AI Voice Authority Content Multiplier live at the end. Bring your questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a done-for-you AI team different from buying prompts or an AI course?

Prompts and courses hand you something you still have to run. A done-for-you AI team is already built, so you record a video and the AI employees produce your content without you setting anything up or training anything.

What does a done-for-you AI content team produce from one video?

From one video transcript, it can write a blog post built to be found on Google and AI search, a YouTube description, an email to your list, a podcast description and social media posts, all in your voice.

How does the AI make my content sound like me?

It works from two things, the transcript of what you said and your Business Cortex, a document that holds your voice, your expertise, your audience and your offers. With both, it writes what you said the way you say it.

How long does it take an AI employee to write a blog post from a video?

My AI SEO blog post writer had a full draft ready in about 90 seconds after I answered two questions, a keyword and an angle. I made one change to the call to action and it was done.

Do I have to build my own AI team?

No. Inside the AI Voice Authority Content Multiplier, the AI employees are already built, using the same skills I use in my own business. You pick your topic, record and bring your Cortex.
